Toxicology Expertise That Goes Beyond Equipment
Toxicology labs require more than instrumentation. They require precision and defensibility. Because in today’s regulatory environment, how you order and document testing matters just as much as the results themselves. That’s why we don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions.
Lab Design & Launch
We design and launch toxicology laboratories tailored to addiction medicine workflows, ensuring your test menu, instrumentation, and processes align with how you treat and monitor patients.
Quality Management & Compliance
Our team of consultants will implement quality systems and compliance programs that meet CLIA and accreditation standards while addressing the heightened scrutiny around toxicology testing.
Audit-Proof RCM & Coding
We build revenue cycle and coding best practices specifically for addiction medicine, ensuring claims are accurate, supported, and aligned with payer expectations and minimize denials.
Staffing & Lab Director Placement
We will help you build a team of qualified toxicology professionals so you are completely staffed. From medical lab technicians to lab directors, we will provide the best quality perm or temp candidates in the timeliest manner.
Medical Necessity & Ordering
Our team will establish ordering protocols and documentation practices that support medical necessity in addiction treatment settings. This ensures your testing is appropriate and aligned with payer utilization policies.
Method Validation
Our team will assist in writing standard operation procedures (SOPs), method development, and/or validation of the equipment. We will make sure your staff is trained on how to run specimens properly.
