We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our successful team at Elite Diagnostics in Charlotte, NC. The Administrative Assistant’s goal is to deliver quality service within a wide scope of administrative, marketing, sales, and other corporate functions under the management and supervision of the executive team members. This position supports the Company’s leadership with both routine and special project-based assignments. The Administrative Assistant is expected to demonstrate an exceptional level of organization, professionalism and initiative to own and effectively complete projects as assigned by superiors.

 Experience and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or relevant major
  • 1+ years in office management or administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Advanced internet search skills and strong computer software skills

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing responsive and proactive customer service and office administration by the timely answering of phone calls, emails and filing of paperwork
  • Acting as the office manager to keep the office clean and functioning, ordering supplies when necessary
  • Proactively developing creative tools and solutions for recurring customer requests
  • Providing general administrative support and office management to all members of your team
  • Coordinating meetings and luncheons internally with staff and externally with clients, vendors and their points of contact
  • Running local errands as needed
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
  • Assisting with preparation of documents, filings and presentations as assigned
  • Creating, packaging, shipping and tracking packages and correspondence as assigned
  • Tracking critical dates and deadlines. Generating client and staff correspondence with supervision
  • Managing certain routine digital account setups
  • Taking notes from meetings and helping with follow up items
  • Other job-related and administrative duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

  • $14 – $17 per hour, depending on experience
