We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area. 

Available Shifts:
Tuesday-Saturday: 7:00 AM-  3:00 PM
Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Customer Service Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service through communications via multiple different platforms and resolving customer queries and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Preferred Profile:

  • EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Must be a high school graduate or GED.
  • 2+ years in a Customer Service role

The Role You'll Play:

  • Communicate professionally with all associates and customers
  • Aid customers and promote office-wide communication amongst team members
  • Answers incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Responds to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customers’ needs and help customers use specific features
  • Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, and computer
  • Placing supplies orders for customers via ordering Portals, emailing or other modes based on customers needs
  • Prepares and ships supplies from the office to customers when needed
  • Answers customer question related to supply orders in a timely manner
  • Facilitating courier pickup for customers when needed
  • Places utmost importance on customer service for all
  • Effectively communicates information and shares knowledge with peers, lead staff, coordinators and internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Completes work within assigned shift.
  • Keeps abreast of changes by reading e-mails or communication tools and attending section meetings.
  • Responds to questions by internal or external customers, peers or coordinators.
  • Provides timely responses to customer's request and/or takes responsibility for directing the customer to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Shares information essential to the efficient operation of department with peers, Coordinator and shift to shift; explains messages and problems clearly without hesitation.
  • Other job duties as required or as designated
  • Asks for assistance in completing work assignments when necessary.
  • Follows up or refers problems and/or concerns to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Oversight of Inventory Management with Customer Supplies

Salary & Benefits:

  • $15-$17/hr (based on experience)
