Lighthouse Lab Services is representing a well-established healthcare network that is looking for a Practice Solutions Coordinator to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their careers.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Lead generation and maintaining a healthy and robust pipeline while creating professional physician relationships.

-Meet and exceed identified KPIs to drive activity and over-arching growth performance.

-Complete weekly updates/calls and monthly reporting of activity and results. Create a 30/60/90 day business plan that aligns with growth/budget/expectations

-Ensure a rich and actionable pipeline of new opportunities

-Leverage relationships with “performance partners” to maximize lead generation and to strengthen relationships

-Identify and develop new strategic revenue opportunities and referrals. When assigned to specific tasks, work with community physicians to increase referrals and cross-sell to maximize performance. This should be accomplished by solution selling and performing a needs assessment.

-Presentations to new and existing physicians

-Contract Coordination

-Stay abreast of competition by gathering current marketplace information on strategy, direction, leadership and execution

-Attend internal and external meetings and medical conferences

-Maintain updated professional and clinical knowledge and to enhance brand performance

-Build a network with peers and customers that supports strategic direction and selected center performance

-Play an integral part of growth & strategy

-Work closely with all internal departments, center/medical directors and field staff

-All other duties assigned by management

Basic Preferred Profile: 

BS/BA in Sales, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related required.
-3+ years of Healthcare Sales Experience required.
-Must be comfortable with traveling on a regular basis.
-Strong presentation skills required.
-Previous experience with SMO & SEO preferred.
-Strong Customer Service skills required.
-Proven track record of lead generation and sales growth required.
-Attending monthly required meetings required.

Salary and Benefits: 

$65,000-85,000 Base (Depending on experience)
-Full Benefits
-Generous Commission Package.
