Giving back
Philanthropy is built into our brand. As a “Give Back” Company, we have pledged to donate $50,000 of our profit annually to Water For Good. We also donate a portion of employee time by volunteering at non-profits in our local communities.

At Lighthouse, we have flexible workplace arrangements, so depending on the role, we have team members working in the office, remotely, traveling, or working in client laboratories.
