Jon Harol
Founder, Lighthouse Lab Services
Since founding Lighthouse Lab Services in 2003, Jon Harol has dedicated more than two decades to the mission of making quality laboratory testing more accessible to patients and healthcare providers nationwide. Under his leadership, Lighthouse has grown from a specialized laboratory recruitment firm into a leading provider of end-to-end laboratory consulting, staffing, and compliance services.
Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Lighthouse Lab Services actively supports hundreds of laboratories across the country with services spanning new CLIA lab start-ups, Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) validation, RCM consulting, recruiting, and instrument service.
Jon started Lighthouse in response to the growing laboratory staffing shortage, a challenge that continues to shape the industry today. His forward-thinking approach has since led the company to expand its impact through innovative programs and services that help physicians and independent labs bring new tests to market faster.
A vocal advocate for the laboratory profession, Jon is committed to ensuring clinical labs receive the recognition they deserve as the data-driven backbone of modern healthcare.
